8 Week Rider Program (Online)

What it includes:

  • 1:1 Video Consult (>60min) at the start of program including an analysis of 5-10min of riding footage and individualised ‘home-work’ prescribed. Check out Premium Rider Consult for more details.

  • Access to the Online Library of Rider Fitness Sessions and educational snippets. This is set up so that you can complete the sessions in your own time. There are 2x 20-30min sessions per fortnight (8 sessions in total) which you can complete once or multiple times (additional to your individualised homework), before moving onto the next fortnights block of sessions.

  • You have access to the Online Library of Rider Fitness Sessions for 16 weeks - so there is no rush if life gets in the way.

  • These sessions are designed to assist in optimisation of your physical capabilities to enable you to ride at your best. They include a balanced mix of rider specific mobility/‘suppleness’ exercises, ‘core’, neuromuscular control drills, aerobic/cardiovascular exercises and the list goes on.

There are three options to chose from;

-BRONZE-

As detailed above.

-SILVER-

As per BRONZE, plus an additional >60min 1:1 Video Consult at the end of the program to review and update your management plan to achieve your goals moving forward.

$310 AUD incl. GST

-GOLD-

As per SILVER, plus a weekly 30min 1:1 Zoom with Zoe for 8 weeks. These sessions may be used for individualised exercise sessions to target your deficits identified during the assessment, analysis of more ridden films, teleconsults for aches, pains, stiffnesses etc. Limited places available.

How to get started:


1. Email zoe@theridersphysio.com.au to register your interest.

2. You will receive a Questionnaire which is an essential health screen to help determine if this program is suitable for you, and additionally includes rider background and goal setting questions.

3. Upload 5-10min of riding footage to YouTube as an unlisted video (so it is private) to be analysed in slow motion during your 1:1 Video Consult.

4. Download Zoom https://zoom.us/download (click on Zoom Client for Meetings download) onto device (laptop, computer with webcam, iPad or smart phone). Zoom is free, no need to subscribe.

5. Book in a time for the 1:1 Video Consult with Zoe.

6. On completion of the 1:1 Video Consult, you will receive the link and password to the Online Library of Rider Fitness Sessions.


What if its not for me?


If during the initial 1:1 Video Consult, you or Zoe feels this program is not suitable for you, you will be refunded full funds minus the time spent during the Video Consult. The Riders Physio provides other online and in person services that may be more suitable for you.


How long do I have to complete the program:


This is an 8 week program, however, you have 16 weeks to get through it. Life happens, horses and humans get sick, work gets hectic, etc etc. To allow for this, you have 4 months access to the library to get through the content without any stress should life get in the way!


What equipment do I need:
