Get in touch if you are interested in weekly Rider Fitness Sessions or Rider Clinical Pilates on the Peninsula. Sessions are completely individualized and packed with rider specific exercises to enhance your riding fitness. Top quality Pilates Reformer, small equipment including resistance bands, weights, magic circle, balance platforms etc will be utilized to make your sessions challenging and never boring!

Alternatively, if you have a group of friends who are interested in Rider Fitness sessions and or consultations, Zoe may be able to come to you on a regular basis.
